UGREEN Ergonomic Vertical Wireless Mouse — Bluetooth & 2.4G
Product description
Ergonomic vertical shape for reduced wrist rotation: The mouse uses a handshake-style profile to position the hand more naturally, cutting twisting of the forearm and lessening muscle tension during long sessions. The slightly wider base gives a resting surface for the palm so the hand doesn’t have to hover.
Five-button configuration and quiet operation: Primary and secondary clicks are designed to be whisper-quiet to limit distraction. The layout includes forward/back side buttons plus a clickable scroll wheel for common desktop navigation and productivity flow.
Four DPI settings (1000 / 1600 / 2000 / 4000): Toggle DPI to suit detailed editing or faster pointer motion with a dedicated switch. Tracking remains stable across the sensitivity range for office work, browsing and light gaming.
PTFE glide pads for low-friction movement: The underside is fitted with durable PTFE (Teflon) pads to ensure consistent, smooth gliding across desks and mousepads while minimizing noise and resistance.
Dual wireless options and battery operation: Connect with the included 2.4G USB receiver (stored inside the AA battery compartment) or pair via Bluetooth. The mouse can switch between up to three paired devices and typically works reliably up to around 10 meters. It uses a single AA battery (not included) and includes a power-saving sleep mode.
What’s in the box and build: Package contents generally include the vertical mouse, the removable 2.4G USB receiver tucked into the battery bay, a sheet of replacement grip tape and a quick-start guide. The shell is molded plastic with soft-touch and textured grip areas where applicable.
Compatibility and use cases: Works with Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS and Android tablets/phones that support external mice. Ideal for office setups, home use, students, or anyone wanting to test a vertical layout without committing to a heavier, rechargeable model.

Comfortable choice for carpal tunnel sufferers
Smooth and accurate tracking, very gentle on the hand — I have carpal tunnel and this feels natural to use. The USB receiver made it work straight away with default settings.

Better quality than expected, practical for family use
Construction feels nicer than the cheap look suggests, though the plastic isn’t premium. It runs on a single AA (not included), which I found inconvenient because I preferred rechargeable units, so I returned mine for that reason. That said, it’s comfortable for kids and compatible with the range of systems I tested.

Responsive and remappable via official software
I adapted quickly to the shape and found the tracking spot-on. The USB dongle stores inside the AA compartment. There is an official UGREEN mouse app that allows remapping of side buttons and wheel click — you may need to fetch it from the manufacturer’s regional site and translate the page.

Cleared up my wrist and arm discomfort
This mouse straightens my thumb and aligns my hand so much better than a flat mouse. Most of my wrist and arm pain has gone away since I started using it. Very pleased with the relief it provides.

Mostly excellent but a couple of ergonomic quibbles
Connectivity is stable across the dongle and Bluetooth, and clicks are nearly silent. Battery life is strong. Downsides: it’s quite large for small hands, the thumb rest could be deeper, and the side forward/back buttons are easy to trigger by accident. The supplied grip sticker helps but can be fiddly to align perfectly.

Real relief for wrist and forearm pain
I have chronic tendon issues in both wrists and had surgery on each, so prolonged mousing used to leave me sore. Switching to this vertical design made a big difference — less strain in fingers, wrists, elbows and shoulders. The broad base gives my hand a comfortable place to rest instead of hovering. It’s responsive and fits my longer fingers despite my smaller palms. I’ve been using it for months with reliable comfort.

Reliable connectivity and well-suited for repetitive tasks
Solid build, dependable Bluetooth and dongle connection, and long battery life. I use several of these around the home and find them ideal for users with carpal tunnel symptoms.

Well-made and improves everyday comfort
It takes a short adjustment period, but the vertical hold noticeably changes my daily routine for the better. My arm can rest more naturally and fatigue has decreased.

Ergonomic shift that delivers — minor battery drain note
After moving from a traditional gaming mouse, the vertical grip felt odd at first but soon became natural. Dual-mode connections work without lag. One caveat: heavy daily use will consume AA cells faster than a rechargeable model, so plan accordingly. On the whole it’s a robust ergonomic alternative.

Solid value and functional for large hands
Minor negatives first: the battery cover uses an older push-tab design that can feel flimsy, and the unit is fairly light. Otherwise it delivers a lot: a storable dongle, two Bluetooth pairings, and a replaceable grip sticker so you can tune where your hand contacts the shell. It fits my oversized hands comfortably and glides smoothly across my desk.

Good ergonomic trial mouse — packaging and instructions included
Arrived in sturdy packaging with a helpful manual (including Italian). It does not include the AA battery. I have neck-related pain that radiates into my arm, so I switched from a light wired mouse to reduce wrist strain. This unit helped ease those movements and is a useful ergonomic experiment.
