Rear sprockets failed early
Chain started skipping after a couple weeks and the rear cassette was found broken on inspection. I enjoyed the bike otherwise but was disappointed a major part failed so soon.

Brake failure caused a crash
Front brake pads detached after a month and the front derailleur snagged, throwing me over the bars on flat ground. I’m pursuing a warranty or replacement.

Great value and very easy to pedal
I’m 65 and have been riding this for three years — I own two so friends can join. It’s light and climbs easily; I’ve noticed a real boost in my fitness and mobility.

Exactly what I expected for a starter road bike
Good welds and decent plastics; tires are fine for the first few hundred miles. Comes with tools. Swap the saddle and pedals if you want more comfort and durability. Gear levers are stiff until they break in.

Solid, comfortable ride after small upgrades
I replaced the saddle and pedals right away and everything feels tight. The position is sporty but still upright; braking posture is a bit forward for taller riders, but overall handling and wet-weather confidence were good.

Good value despite minor cosmetic flaws
Bike rides well. Thumb shifters needed small spacers to stop slipping and the white grips showed dirt after assembly, but functionally it performs fine.

Unsafe pre-assembly led to a scary incident
While descending at speed the left crank loosened and nearly fell off. A shop found the square taper was stripped from the factory. Support suggested I buy and be refunded later, which was frustrating.

Do not recommend — arrived damaged
The tires showed wear on arrival and the handlebar was difficult to mount. Shifters would slide under pressure. After many defects I requested a return but was told to ship the heavy bike back at my own cost.

Smooth ride and responsive support
Very smooth to ride but check and tighten every nut and bolt before hitting the road. I had an issue and customer service resolved it within a couple of days — very helpful.

Easy assembly and comfortable first rides
Put it together in under 20 minutes without the manual. A small adapter was missing but a simple screw fixed it. Light, fast and comfortable — completed a smooth 15-mile ride with no issues so far.

Handy stem for retrofits
Decent quality stem at this price. I used it to mount drop bars on a vintage mountain frame and it worked well. More precise dimensions in the listing would have helped, but I’m satisfied.

Took a lot of work to set up, but rewards later
The bike looks good but I spent hours watching videos and fixing assembly issues: fork installed backwards and braking rubbing. After repeated adjustments and 500+ miles it rides smoothly and I love it now.

Perfect for casual, easy rides
I wanted something simpler than my old trail bike and this mint-green hybrid was ideal. Easy to assemble, comfortable, and stylish. Only drawback: no kickstand included.
