Product description

This kit supplies a pair of 7/8" (22mm) heated handlebar grips designed for use with 12V systems. The grips use a rubber outer sleeve bonded to an internal heating element with insulated wiring to deliver even warmth along the grip surface. They are intended for most ATVs and UTVs with standard 7/8" bars and are listed as compatible with many Harley, Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha models.

Temperature is managed by an onboard intelligent control chip that offers three selectable settings: low (green LED) at about 40°C, medium (blue LED) at about 50°C, and high (red LED) at about 60°C. Powering on requires pressing and holding the button for three seconds; the red breathing LED indicates startup. The unit will auto-shift to a safe level once target temperature is reached, and single presses cycle through medium, low, and high stages.

Installation is intended to be direct replacement: remove the existing grips and slide these on with no handlebar modification. Wiring uses a standard two-wire connection — red to the positive terminal and black to the negative — so double-check polarity before completing the hookup. The assembly incorporates a 7.5A safety cutout that will open if a fault is detected, protecting the circuit and the grips.
