Adhesive Back-of-Heel Cushion Pads — 6-Piece Heel Grip Set
Product description
WHAT'S INCLUDED - Six back-of-heel cushion pads per pack; colors may vary between sets.
MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION - Each pad combines a breathable fabric surface with a soft comfort foam core for cushioning and sweat wicking.
ADHESIVE BACKING - Strong self-adhesive layer uses advanced double-sided tape so the liners stick to the shoe interior; trim to size if needed.
FIT & SIZING - Designed to work with most footwear: sneakers, boots, high heels, leather shoes and casual styles; thin profile keeps shoes wearable.
HOW TO APPLY - Peel off the liner and press the cushion into the back interior of the shoe; hold briefly to secure. Replace or reattach as required over time.
Pros
- Reduces heel rubbing, blisters, and pressure
- Breathable fabric with soft foam padding
- Straightforward peel-and-stick application
Cons
- Adhesive can lift after heavy heel rubbing
- Exposed edges may catch on socks
- Thin profile won’t dramatically shrink oversized shoes
VerdictThese heel-grip cushions provide immediate relief from rubbing and help shoes fit more snugly. The soft foam and moisture-wicking fabric keep the area comfortable, and the broad adhesive surface usually keeps them in place. Downsides reported include edge lifting with heavy heel drag and occasional catching on socks. Overall a simple, low-cost solution for loose heels or worn shoe backs, best for

Stopped heel slip immediately
Applied quickly and eliminated heel movement in my husband’s slightly oversized running shoes. Comfortable and effective.

Saved my boots' interiors
Covered worn spots at the back of my work boots and felt comfortable. Use a shoehorn to avoid rubbing them off when putting boots on.

Not sticky
Not good — the pads do not adhere properly.

Extremely poor condition
Terrible — filthy product, the worst I’ve seen.

Wouldn't recommend
Very poor quality; the cushion isn’t adhesive.

Matches photos but quantity varied
Material seems fine, but I received only two pairs (black and beige) instead of three. They are thin and won’t dramatically change shoe fit.

Breaks down quickly
Cheap feeling and not practical; it deteriorates fast.

Simple fix, no blisters
Bought these to stop blisters from slightly loose shoes instead of returning them. Wore the shoes for hours with no pain or rubbing.

Pulled off with heel drag
These won’t stay in shoes where your heel repeatedly scrapes the back. In my Skechers they quickly scrunched up and peeled away.

Comfortable padding; glue is weak
The cushion reduces friction and feels nice, but the adhesive began lifting after a few days of heavy walking. Okay for light use but may need extra glue for long shifts.

Works but could be improved
Decent short-term solution. A stronger adhesive and slightly thicker foam would make them more durable.

Does what it promises
Padding is plush but not bulky. It can catch on socks and twist, which mangles exposed adhesive edges, yet the main adhesive area kept the pad in place and the material shows no wear so far.

Worked as a quick repair
Used these to cover a large tear inside my boots without trimming. The adhesive held well but I accidentally pulled some fabric when removing one. I press the top when slipping my foot in to keep it from peeling. Thin enough that the shoes still fit. Update: lasted several months; I ended up retiring the boots because the pads reduced interior space, but they did their job.
