What you receive: a set of three white magnetic vent covers, each measuring 8" x 12" with rounded corners. Thickness is 60 mil (about 1.5 mm).
Construction and finish: manufactured with a rigid, ultra-thick magnetic substrate and a white facing that arrives protected by a removable clear film. The magnetic surface produces up to 650 Gauss at the face, designed to cling firmly to ferrous (steel) vent faces. The panels are cut with smooth rounded corners for safer handling and cleaner appearance.
Compatibility and use: built for steel registers only — they will not adhere to aluminum or plastic vent frames. Test a small magnet on your vent before relying on them. To install, remove the protective film after any trimming, then press the panel onto the vent face for a full seal. They block hot or cool air from entering unused rooms, helping direct conditioned air where you want it and reducing drafts or noise.
Customization: the white surface and protective film make it easy to mark cut lines and shape the panel with a sharp knife or utility blade. Cut slots for dampers or levers as needed, then peel the film and attach. Typical applications include home floor, wall, and ceiling registers, AC and heater vents, basements, RVs, and apartment units where noise or unwanted airflow is a concern.

Hefty, stays in place
Very robust and well-built with strong magnetic grip. They hold position and do a good job blocking part of the airflow. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the product was worth waiting for.

Thick and reliable for foundation vents
Using these on foundation/ground vents. They’re substantial and adhere to the metal screens I already have. Each vent needs a bit more than one panel to cover fully, but the quality is clear.

Solid magnetic panels, easy to trim
These panels have a very secure hold and cover well. I cut them to fit using a craft knife — I recommend making a paper template first. The white face has a clear protective film that’s handy for marking cut lines; peel it off after trimming and stick the panel on. Very pleased and will buy more.

Powerful magnets for ceiling vents
Needed covers for upstairs ceiling registers to redirect cold air. These flex over the small protrusions and hold tightly. I cut notches for the damper levers to maximize coverage. Airflow is nearly eliminated. Good, hefty construction and thicker than other options.

Stops leaks and simple to size
Room was too cold even with the vent closed. These sealed the leaks well. They stick firmly to my ceiling and wall vents and are straightforward to cut down. Liked them enough to order another set to replace older flimsy covers.

Appearance is clean and they adhere well, but if someone steps on them they can get misshapen. Otherwise they block airflow as intended and stay put.

Excellent hold and easy to modify
Super thick and durable. I split one to work around a damper and it made a noticeable difference upstairs. Fit is accurate and magnets are very strong. Heavy-duty but still manageable to cut.

Sturdy, attractive, and holds tight
