CEKAY J-Pole Antenna Mount — 1.5" x 51" Mast for Antennas & Starlink
Product description
Compatibility: This J-pole supports a broad range of aerial equipment — 4G/5G cellular antennas, Wi‑Fi and TV/HDTV antennas, Starlink dishes (use with CEKAY aluminum adapter for 1–2" poles), satellite receivers, weather stations, CB radios and similar devices.
Construction: The main mast is formed from approximately 1.5mm (about 16‑gauge) steel, while the mounting bracket is reinforced at roughly 2.0mm (about 14‑gauge) for added rigidity. All metal parts are finished with a powder coat to resist corrosion and outdoor exposure.
Dimensions & layout: The tube has an outer diameter of 1.5" and the arm spans 51". Both ends of the J-shaped arm can be used, letting you vary wall standoff distance. The mast can rotate through 180° to help you fine-tune direction.
Stability features: The bracket includes two fixing points that accept horizontal or vertical attachment, and a locking pin arrangement to secure the chosen orientation. The reinforced bracket is intended to hold heavier antennas and resist wind-induced movement.
Extensions & adapters: For extra vertical height or to increase horizontal clearance, a 16.5" mast extension can be added. For Starlink installations, pair the mount with the CEKAY aluminum adapter designed for 1–2" poles (adapter sold separately).
Hardware & installation: The package includes step-by-step instructions and a full hardware set: ST8 × 50mm stainless steel hex-head self-tapping screws, plastic anchors, and a double‑ended screw sleeve wrench to speed assembly. The fasteners are substantial, so pre‑drilling mounting holes on siding or eaves is recommended.
Support: The manufacturer offers customer support for setup questions and warranty or fitment concerns.
Pros
- Thick steel construction and powder-coated finish
- Wide compatibility with antennas and Starlink (with adapter)
- Supplied hardware and clear instructions
Cons
- Bracket can show play without bracing
- Adapter and extensions are additional purchases
- Large screws can require pre-drilling
VerdictA robust, versatile wall- or eave-mounted J-pole that accommodates a wide range of antennas and dish hardware. Thick-steel components and included fasteners make installation straightforward, though some users report play at the bracket that can require bracing. Good value for installations needing reach and adjustability.

Very sturdy support. Ideal for the antenna on my cellular signal amplifier.

Mount area needs reinforcement
Mast is rigid, but the bracket allowed some movement. Tube can deform if over-tightened and bolts seem a bit small for their holes; I had to brace mine.

Houses the Starlink V2 connection cleanly and seats securely when aligned.

Added lift with V3 headmount
Paired with a separate head mount for a V3 antenna and gained extra vertical clearance. Some instructions were a little unclear, but the included double-ended wrench is handy. Pre-drill mounting holes for the hefty screws.

Sturdy and versatile mounting pole
High-quality feel and easy to install. Used it for an antenna and a Starlink dish — the pivot lock helped aim precisely and it held up in windy conditions.
