65cm Stability Yoga Ball Chair with Resistance Bands & Rolling Base
Product description
What you get
This package contains a 65 cm inflatable exercise ball in purple, a stability support ring with a wheeled base, and five resistance bands with varying tension levels for progressive workouts.
Construction and size
The main component is a 65 cm inflatable sitting ball made from a durable, stretchable exercise-grade material. The support ring holds the ball in place on the base and the base itself has casters for easy repositioning. The whole set is lightweight — the ball assembly weighs about 1 kg — and simple to move around the home.
Attachments and accessories
Five resistance bands are included, each offering a different resistance level so you can tailor strength work for arms, shoulders and core. The set also contains arm/stretch cords that attach to the ball assembly for upper-body exercises.
How it’s used
Use the ball on the base as an active chair for desk work, or remove it for floor-based Pilates and stretching. The ball provides low-impact movement ideal for posture training and core engagement. The base can keep the ball stationary when you want a more secure seat or to store it neatly when not in use.
Portability and maintenance
Because the ball is inflatable, firmness is adjustable to personal preference; many users inflate, use for a day or two, then add more air to reach ideal tension. The base’s wheels let you move the chair easily between rooms and tuck it away when finished.
Pros
- Active seating that helps posture and core
- Five resistance bands for varied workouts

VerdictThis kit combines a large 65 cm exercise ball with a stable rolling base and five graduated resistance bands to create a versatile seat and workout station. Common issues reported include an unreliable hand pump, a support ring that may not fit snugly for some users, and non-adjustable straps on the included

Good ball, lousy pump
Only issue was the hand pump — it failed, so we inflated it manually. The purple looks great and we use it almost every day. Get a better pump.

Comfortable and versatile
Very stretchy and comfortable. Great for sitting or workouts. The added rings and cords let me expand my routine; it sits beside my pilates reformer.

Does the job — color surprised me
Functions well as a chair; I haven’t used the arm attachments much but they seem usable. The cords arrived red rather than black as pictured and that clashed with my decor. Material feels sturdy and the 65 cm size is accurate. I overinflated at first but it’s fine now. Overall a solid value.

Works well in a tiny apartment
Fits my small apartment. Inflation took a while; I can’t yet comment on long-term air retention. I use it as a kitchen chair and exercise spot; the base holds it in place and I keep the bands underneath, adding heavier bands for workouts.

Not snug in the stand
Ball doesn’t sit tight in the stand; it slips and can roll during exercises.

Handy but a touch small
I like having the ball as a chair, though the base removes some of the wobble I like. It keeps the room tidier and the color is pretty. Inflate it over a day or two for best firmness; it seemed a bit smaller than expected.

Support ring and pump need work
The support ring never firms up and won’t hold pressure well even with an electric pump. Straps aren’t long enough for some exercises and the included pump is weak. Might return and replace the ring.
