1:12 Scale Wooden Dollhouse Living Room Set (16-Piece)
Product description
Manufacturer background: Produced by SAMCAMI, a maker with more than two decades of experience creating dollhouse furniture and tiny accessories. The company focuses on delivering well-made miniatures to hobbyists and dollhouse fans.
Scale and sizing: Built to a 1:12 scale for compatibility with standard miniatures. The exact measurements for each item are shown in the product images — please compare those dimensions with your dollhouse and figures before ordering to ensure a correct fit.
Contents: This living-room set contains 16 pieces: one sofa, two armchairs, four throw pillows, one TV cabinet with an operable door, one television, one tiny TV remote, one coffee table, one area rug, one potted artificial plant, two coffee cups, and one coffee pot. All items arrive fully assembled and ready for display.
Materials and build: The sofa frame, TV cabinet and coffee table are made from durable solid wood for long-lasting use. Other small pieces are crafted from appropriate materials for scale realism. All components are manufactured without heavy metals such as lead or cadmium, aiming for safer handling.
Use and gifting: The set is intended to spark imaginative play and decorating projects for older children, grandchildren, and adult collectors. The neutral finish allows for painting, staining, or other custom treatments. Note: contains small parts — not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Pros
- Durable solid-wood core pieces
- Complete 16-piece living-room arrangement
- Neutral finish ready for customization
Cons
- Small parts pose a choking risk for toddlers
- May show dirt on lighter finishes
- Not compatible with larger-scale dolls
VerdictThis compact living-room collection delivers sturdy solid-wood highlights where it counts and a full complement of small decorative items for realistic dollhouse scenes. Quality and finish are solid for the price, the scale is accurate for 1:12 setups, and the neutral unpainted pieces make customization easy. Small parts mean it’s not appropriate for toddlers, but for collectors, crafters, or olde

Perfect for a DIY dollhouse
I used these for a homemade dollhouse birthday gift. Size and sturdiness were spot on. Would like a lower price, but they worked wonderfully.

Great for toy photography
Solidly made and ideal for photographing action figures. I’d prefer a darker finish to hide handling marks, but they stage nicely.

Sturdy and easy to customize
Very solid construction and quite adorable. Sized correctly for 1:12 miniatures — too small for Barbie-type dolls. The pale finish can be painted or dyed for different looks.

Authentic look for play sets
Bought to fill a large vintage dollhouse. The scale and tiny accents look very realistic and the lamps and décor add nice detail.
