28QT Air Fryer Toaster Oven Combo — HeatWave Convection, Silver
Product description
Generous 28-quart capacity: This countertop oven provides a spacious interior with a three-level rack system so you can cook multiple items simultaneously — think up to dozens of wings, a 12-inch pizza, and vegetables at once without crowding.
Even cooking technology: Six dedicated heating elements combined with Next-Gen HeatWave Convection circulate heat to eliminate cold spots and reduce the need to flip or rotate trays. The result is consistent browning and crisping from top to bottom.
Twelve one-touch functions: A single unit replaces several kitchen gadgets with presets such as Air Fry, Toast, Bake, Broil, Roast, Reheat, Warm, Slow Cook, Preheat, Rotate (rotisserie), and Dehydrate for flexible meal prep.
Precise temperature and timing: Temperature range runs from 100°F to 450°F with ±5°F accuracy and a toggle for °F/°C. Minute-by-minute timers let you fine-tune doneness so recipes aren’t left to guesswork.
Healthier frying option: Use air frying to achieve crispy textures with significantly less oil — studies show large reductions in fat compared with traditional deep frying — so you can enjoy fried favorites with fewer calories.
Complete accessory set: The oven ships with a rotisserie spit and lift for whole birds, an air-fry basket, a removable wire rack, a bake pan, and a pull-out crumb/drip tray. Everything needed for roasting, baking, and crisping is included.
Build and placement: The unit features a modern silver finish and a durable exterior suitable for countertop use. Its roomy interior is designed for family meals but check your counter clearance before installing.
Support and warranty: Each oven includes a one-year limited warranty and customer service via a consumer hotline to assist with setup, parts, or troubleshooting. The manufacturer aims to respond promptly to service inquiries.

Fast, roomy, and versatile — I love it!
Easy to operate, spacious inside and it cooks much faster than my conventional oven. I set timers for shorter intervals than I expect because it finishes food quickly. I like the choice of rack versus basket and can slide in quarter baking sheets (not on the center level), which adds flexibility. It’s well-used here and I should clean it more often!

Mixed feelings after a few months
I wanted a modern replacement for my old toaster oven. It’s a great-looking size and toasts well, but it tends to run hot and food cooks faster than directions suggest. The menu navigation and switching from preheat to cook can be confusing, and I’ve accidentally turned it off a few times. Air frying is okay, and I’m still learning the quirks.

Great product and responsive support
The initial delivery had a dent, but the company sent a new one and quickly followed up to deliver a missing rotisserie spit. The team handled it with care and speed. The oven is roomy and cooks evenly — a juicy small chicken and a medium pizza came out really well. Follow the simple instructions and you’ll adapt to the suggested settings; I’ve started using it in place of my full-sized oven.

Very satisfied — no complaints
No regrets buying this unit. I ran it outdoors initially as suggested to burn off any packaging smell and noticed nothing unpleasant. So far I’ve mainly air-fried and baked; I haven’t tried dehydration yet. I trimmed a silicone baking mat to fit over the crumb tray and cleanup has been manageable.

Decent for one or two people; check dimensions
The stated 28-quart capacity didn’t give me a clear sense of physical size — listings should include height, depth and width in inches or cm. It’s fine for an individual or a couple, but it was too small and awkward for my household’s needs and workflow.

Everything I wanted in one machine
Replaced an older air fryer/toaster with this 28QT model and it checks all my boxes. It includes the wire rack, basket, crumb tray, bake pan, rotisserie hardware, a manual and recipe booklet. Roomy enough to cook multiple items at once; I’ve toasted bread, baked cookies, roasted a rotisserie chicken and air-fried shrimp wontons successfully.

Would buy again even at full price
My first unit arrived damaged but a replacement showed up before the carrier collected the original, so I’m happy with service and still give five stars. This oven is large and immediately replaced my conventional oven for many uses; after the first run I moved my old oven to pot storage. It’s noticeably bigger than my prior fryer and the capacity means I no longer cook in batches.
