Return process was a hassle

I accidentally ordered a duplicate. Everything else was easy to send back, but this item required a special box, label, extra tape and a separate drop-off. The product itself was fine, but the return steps were inconvenient.

Solid kit with useful variety

Used them on graphite sketches and they did the job. Slightly thinner than I expected but still functional. The extra sponge pens are a nice touch and the sandpaper sharpener works well enough.
