2-Pack 33"/84cm Black/Silver Reflective Photography Umbrellas
Product description
This kit includes two 33" (84cm) reflective photography umbrellas finished with a black exterior and a silver interior. Each umbrella collapses to roughly 23" (58.4cm) for storage and travel and has a shaft diameter of 7.7mm. The silver lining increases light return and contrast compared with translucent or white-coated umbrellas, producing a crisper reflected beam while still softening harsh highlights.
The umbrellas are intended to be used as reflective modifiers with speedlights, on-camera flashes positioned to bounce into the silver surface, or with studio strobes where a concentrated reflected source is desired. They’re particularly useful for portrait and product photography when you need directional, high-output bounced light and better control over color temperature and contrast.
Construction combines a reflective fabric interior and a durable black outer layer that blocks spill-through. The ribs and shaft provide a stable frame when opened; assembly is straightforward—slide the umbrella into a standard mount or bracket and secure your head or adapter. Note that light stands, flash heads and adapters are not part of the package and must be obtained separately.
Pros
- High-reflectance silver interior for strong bounce
- Compact when folded and easy to set up
- Good directional control compared to white umbrellas
Cons
- Not as durable as heavy-duty studio modifiers
- Some light may transmit with very powerful strobes
- Shaft and ribs are lightweight and can be fragile if mishandled
VerdictA practical, lightweight pair of reflective umbrellas that deliver punchy, controllable bounced light for portraits and small studio setups. They’re easy to deploy, durable enough for frequent use, and offer a more focused reflection than plain white umbrellas. Ideal for photographers wanting portable, directional fill without bulky modifiers.

Solid reflective umbrellas that lift studio lighting
These 33" reflectors added a noticeable improvement to my lighting setup. The silver lining sends back a clear, focused bounce that still reads softly on skin tones, making portrait and product images look more polished. Build feels reliable for regular use: the frame holds up well and the fabric is resilient. Setup is quick—open them and attach to your bracket—and the size is convenient for smaller spaces. A sensible upgrade for those seeking better control over reflective light without bulky gear.

Great upgrade for a hobbyist photographer
As someone teaching myself product photography, these umbrellas improved my shots compared with plain white ones. They’re easy to fit onto my existing flash mounts and give a cleaner, more controlled reflection. For an affordable way to step up equipment quality, they performed exactly as I needed.

Replaced a bulky softbox with success
I swapped these in for a large lightbox at an event and they performed nicely. With one on each side of the group shots, the lighting was even and pleasing. They diffuse well and travel easier than big softboxes.

Lightweight and travel-friendly, gets the job done
They aren’t made from premium components, but they perform well on location. Very lightweight for travel, they bounce light effectively—better than my old white umbrellas—and clients have been satisfied with the results.

Good value and focused light
Not ultra-professional gear, but when set up correctly they produce a concentrated, spot-like illumination that’s excellent for lighting a specific area without harsh subject shadows. For the cost I paid they were a perfect fit.

Works well with small flashes, mixed with stronger strobes
These umbrellas are fine for off-camera flash and smaller setups. With larger studio strobes some light can leak through, so they’re best used where the power isn’t extreme. Good for beginners upgrading from basic gear.

Well-made reflectors for pop-up shoots
I’ve used several of this maker’s items and these umbrellas behave as expected on quick studio jobs. They produce a directional reflective light with speedlights and feel well constructed for amateurs and semi-pros alike.
