18x24 Black Woodgrain Poster Frame — 1-Pack Wall Frame
Product description
STUDIO GALLERY SELECT COLLECTION: This frame is offered in a black woodgrain finish designed to create a classic display for photographs, posters and art. It’s suited to single-wall displays or grouped arrangements to form a gallery wall.
WHAT’S INCLUDED & HOW IT WORKS: Each pack contains one 18x24 wall frame with a slide-in back, easy-turn retention buttons and pre-attached sawtooth hangers for hanging either horizontally or vertically. The backing and turn buttons allow straightforward access for inserting or swapping artwork.
MATERIALS & PROTECTION: The frame body is made from durable engineered MDF with a sturdy backboard. The front panel is a shatter-resistant polystyrene/plexiglass panel that protects prints while remaining lightweight and clear.
DIMENSIONS & PROFILE: Designed to hold an 18 x 24 x 0.75 inch poster or print, the moulding has a roughly 1.1-inch profile (approximately 1.125 inches) that provides a modern, modest border without overpowering the artwork. Multiple sizes and finishes in the collection let you coordinate a consistent look across rooms.
Pros
- Durable MDF frame with realistic woodgrain finish
- Clear, shatter-resistant front panel
- Easy-to-use turn buttons and sawtooth hangers
Cons
- Front panel can reflect light
- Engineered wood rather than solid hardwood
- No anti-glare coating on the plexi
VerdictSolidly built and attractive, this 18x24 woodgrain poster frame delivers a traditional look with modern convenience. It combines engineered wood construction, a clear shatter-resistant front, and simple loading hardware that makes swapping posters or photos quick. Good for gallery walls or standalone pieces, it gives prints a clean, finished appearance without extra fuss.

Appears to be genuine wood for framed artwork
Frame seems well made and is actual wood. Reframed an older oil-on-board piece and, with the plexi removed, the canvas board fit nicely. Looks clean and appropriate for artwork.

Quality build for posters and prints
This frame outperformed a few other brands I tried: cleaner finish, better-fit corners and a clearer front pane. It does show more glare than some alternatives, but the clarity makes colors pop and the visible window is slightly larger than many other frames I compared.

Plain, dependable frame
This 16x20 frame did exactly what I needed. It looks good, holds the image securely, and I’ve had no troubles. Simple and functional with no complaints.

Rich woodgrain and robust construction
Bought a walnut woodgrain for a bedroom gallery and was impressed with the material quality. The texture looks authentic and the frame isn’t overly heavy. Loading is simple with the turn buttons and the pre-attached hardware is solid for immediate hanging.

Clear plastic pane, durable feel
Nice frame. The front is clear plastic but indistinguishable from glass at a glance. Seems durable and well finished, though it leans a bit high on cost compared to some options.

Well packed and good quality finish
Solid quality and shipped with extra protection so the frame arrived intact. The front panel is plastic but of good clarity and build.

Fits 8.5x11 prints perfectly and feels solid
Gave this a full rating. It’s made from engineered wood, so if you require solid hardwood this won’t do — but the construction here is sturdy and not flimsy. An 8.5x11 print sits snugly (or use an 8x10 mat). The tabletop easel holds steady and the frame has hangers on both sides for vertical or horizontal mounting.

Attractive look for a poster without the markup
Used for a 16x20 poster and the walnut-like woodgrain gives a refined, finished look. There’s some front glare, but it’s acceptable for the price. The poster fit well and it hangs cleanly — a good economical choice for prints and photos.
