Rotomolded Heavy-Duty Cooler — 45–50 Qt Ice Chest
Product description
What you get
The package is a single heavy-duty rotomolded cooler designed for portable food and drink storage. It includes the main chest with a hinged lid, two-way lifting handles and a built-in, leak-resistant drain for simple water removal.
Capacity and use
The cooler is sized at roughly 45–50 quarts and accommodates up to 63 12‑ounce cans, plus upright 2‑liter bottles. It’s intended for beach days, camping, tailgates and backyard gatherings where you need reliable cold storage over multiple days.
Construction and insulation
Both the interior and exterior shells are molded from food-grade LLDPE. Between those shells sits a PU foam layer, and the product uses thermomize-style insulation combined with low‑CO2 foam manufacturing to reduce emissions. The result is improved thermal retention that keeps ice for up to five days in ambient temperatures up to 90°F (32°C).
Features and maintenance
The chest includes two-way handles to make lifting and carrying easier, a leak-resistant drain so you can empty meltwater without tipping the unit, and a smooth wipe-clean exterior that resists staining. The rigid outer shell and robust hinge are built to handle repeated use.
Pros
- Long ice retention (up to 5 days at 90°F/32°C)
- Durable rotomolded LLDPE construction with PU foam core
- Holds ~63 cans plus upright 2‑liter bottles
Cons
- No included internal divider or dry-goods basket
- Relatively heavy when fully loaded
- Accessory options are limited
VerdictThis heavy-duty rotomolded cooler delivers strong insulation and solid construction for extended outings. It stores roughly 63 cans and upright 2‑liter bottles, uses food-grade LLDPE shells with a PU foam middle and thermomize/low-CO2 insulation to hold ice for up to five days at about 90°F (32°C). Practical touches like two-way handles, a leak-resistant drain and a hinged lid make it easy to move

Solid, heavy-duty performance
I bought two—one for food and one for drinks. They’ve handled several camping trips without issue. Deeper than similar models, very sturdy and well built. Very satisfied.

Well built but missing organizers
Good build quality and a tight gasket — I filled it, flipped it, and it didn’t leak. Would appreciate a dry-goods basket or divider. Wheels on the end are nicely made.
