Primacur 10% Broad-Spectrum Oral Dewormer for Dogs & Cats — 500 mL
Product description
This package contains a 500 mL bottle of a 10% oral suspension formulated to address several typical intestinal parasites, including roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and tapeworms. The product comes in a palatable flavor intended to make administration easier when added to food.
As a liquid suspension, it permits precise measurement with an oral syringe for exact dosing or can be mixed into a pet’s meal for easier delivery. The concentration and volume are intended to give good value for households with several animals or for repeated treatments.
When used according to directions, this formula is labeled for use in puppies and kittens from six weeks of age and supports general intestinal health by reducing worm burdens that can affect appetite and wellbeing. Owners should verify the correct dose for their species and weight before administration.

Effective when dosed correctly, it’s offered in a large 500 mL bottle and can be drawn up with an oral syringe or blended into meals. Be careful to confirm feline/ canine dosing, as label directions have been questioned by some users.

Works despite the bad taste
My pets hate the flavor, but it did clear the parasites. Not pleasant to give, yet effective.

Bacon flavor rejected — cat dosing warning
My cats refused the bacon taste outright. For cats, I use 0.2 mL per pound rather than the bottle’s directions and give one daily for three days, repeating in a month for roundworms. For accurate measurement get a 5 mL oral syringe and invert the bottle to fill without spills.

Accepted when mixed into wet food
My cat ate the dose when I stirred it into her wet food. No struggle, and I avoided a vet visit.

Bottle dose seems double vet recommendation
Others have pointed out the dosing error. My vet advised roughly 0.25 mL per pound (0.5 mL per kg) for my dogs, which is about half of what the label suggests. Fortunately my dogs liked the flavor and the 500 mL bottle was large enough for my pack.

Cleared a lump and restored mobility
After a short course the lump in my dog’s shoulder disappeared and she stopped limping. I dosed over several weeks and topped her food each morning. Very noticeable improvement.

Label dosing appears incorrect
The dosing instructions seem off. At 10% concentration the correct feline dose is about 0.2 mL per pound, not the larger amount printed. Double-check before treating.

Useful option for a small breeder
As a small breeder I need reliable, easy-to-use, affordable treatments. This liquid dewormer has been simple to administer and helps me treat common intestinal parasites before puppies leave for new homes. It saves time and the large bottle stretches to cover multiple litters, reducing the need for additional veterinary interventions.
