Quick melt, a bit thick when liquid
They melted fast and the white was exactly what I wanted; flavor and shine were nice once set. However the melted batch was thicker than I expected, so I had to stir and coax it for clean pours. Finished pieces looked and tasted good, but handling took more effort than other melting chocolates I’ve used.

Delivered despite the storm
Ordered during heavy snow and it arrived a bit late, but the carrier delivered it to the door. Expected a much longer delay, so I appreciated that.

Tastes great, a tad costly
Really tasty and melts beautifully. I find them superior to some mass-market brands. With a thermometer they melt predictably. I wish they cost less, but they deliver good results.

Arrived melted and messy
Extremely unhappy with how this arrived. The bag had no cooling protection and the wafers came softened as if they’d been heated. The label looked homemade and the melted product resembled a sticky paste. Felt like a misleading listing — not worth the hassle.
