6" x 3" Carbon Steel Dough Cutter & Bench Scraper with Ergonomic Grip
Product description
What you get: a single 6" x 3" dough cutter/bench scraper with a carbon steel blade and a textured polypropylene handle. The blade is ground to a firm, relatively thin edge that slices through dough and lifts small bits of flour or chopped food without flexing.
Construction and materials: the primary blade is carbon steel for sharpness and edge retention; the handle is molded polypropylene with a grippy texture to reduce slippage during extended tasks. The tool carries NSF certification for food-contact safety and is manufactured in the United States for consistent build standards.
How to use it: use the cutter to portion dough into even pieces, score or divide loaves, scrape dough residue from counters, or move piles of chopped vegetables from board to pan. Its combination of a rigid blade and ergonomic handle makes routine bakery and prep tasks quicker and neater, and its durable design stands up to frequent, daily use in both commercial and home kitchens.

Handy everyday kitchen helper
High-quality feel. I first saw it on a cooking show and it lives up to the demo—good for scooping, scraping and dividing bread dough. I don’t know how I managed without one.

My preferred bench scraper
I own this and another popular brand. I use both, but prefer this one for cutting dough because the blade is a bit sharper and the handle sits flatter for my grip.

Sharp, effective, and highly recommended
I bought it after seeing a recommendation from a reputable cooking test. The blade is sharper than other scrapers I’ve owned but not dangerously so. It cleans the board well and the thinner blade lifts tiny bits of food with ease. Sturdy, well-balanced and a keeper.

Makes vegetable prep a snap
I debated buying this for months even though I’m not a heavy baker. Now I use it every day for scooping chopped veggies and cleaning the board. It’s solidly built and was recommended by a trusted testing panel.

Noticeably sharper and durable
I ordered this after misplacing my other scraper. It was recommended by a cooking test and is made in the U.S. Cuts through dough better than my previous tool and cleans my wood board well—definitely worth it.
