Product description
This regulator kit includes the argon pressure regulator and a 6.6-foot gas hose so you can connect to a cylinder immediately. The body and fittings are manufactured from solid brass for corrosion resistance and durability.
The regulator accepts a CGA-580 inlet connection, compatible with standard argon and CO2 cylinders. A filter element integrated at the CGA-580 inlet helps keep scale and debris from entering the gauge and plumbing as gas flows through.
Operating ranges are: inlet pressure 0–4500 PSI and delivery flow adjustable from 0–40 CFH (cubic feet per hour). The face of the unit features easy-to-read gauges and a tactile adjustment knob to set gas flow precisely.
Intended for welding use, this regulator works for both MIG and TIG processes where argon or argon mixes are required. It’s designed to let you set and maintain a protective shielding gas atmosphere around the weld puddle for consistent results.

Excessive outlet pressure (translated)
Although you can change the gas flow, the unit delivers excessive pressure. Even under 5 LPM it blasts out, preventing a proper TIG shielding atmosphere. I returned it as likely defective.

Good starter regulator
A dependable entry-level argon regulator for MIG and TIG. Not premium, but performs consistently. Readouts show L/min and CFH. The 6.6 ft hose is a useful included accessory.
