100-Pack 3/16-in x 3-in Toggle Bolts with Wing Nuts for Drywall
Product description
Generous quantity: This kit includes 100 expansion toggle bolts and 100 matching wing (butterfly) nuts — each bolt is 3/16-in diameter by 3-in length. The count makes it suitable for everyday fixes and larger installation jobs around a home or job site.
Quality build: The fasteners are manufactured from carbon steel and receive a zinc galvanizing finish to slow oxidation. These metal toggle bolts are heavier duty than simple plastic anchors and are intended to withstand humid conditions and carry substantial loads when used properly.
Easy installation: Drill a pilot hole large enough for the folded wings to pass through. Thread the bolt through the fixture, push the folded wings into the hole, then let them spring open behind the wall. Pull back gently until the wings seat, and tighten the bolt so the head bears against the face of the wall. Allow enough clearance for the wings to deploy fully; an electric screwdriver can speed tightening.
Versatile usage: These toggle anchors work for hanging light fixtures, shelving, sinks, cabinets, water heaters, curtain tracks, hooks, cable channels, planters and a wide variety of household and shop hardware. The smooth galvanised finish keeps a low profile against finished walls.
Wide application range: Designed for hollow and partially hollow substrates — drywall, plasterboard, hollow block, plaster, tile-backed board, and some brick or masonry installations when a void exists. Suitable for mounting curtain rods, picture frames, clothes racks, switches, light fittings and other hollow-wall fixtures.
Pros
- Large 100-pair quantity
- Galvanized carbon-steel for corrosion resistance
- High load capacity for hollow walls
Cons
- Requires correct pilot hole size
- Wings need room to open behind the wall
- Not ideal for solid concrete without proper anchor
VerdictReliable, heavy-duty hollow-wall anchors that deliver solid load support and long-term corrosion resistance. They require a proper pilot hole and clearance for the wings to open, but when installed correctly they secure fixtures, shelving and appliances with confidence.

Surprising holding power
A roughly 2-inch wing span held much more than I expected. I mounted a 50-inch 30 lb TV with three bolts and a bathroom cabinet with two; both felt secure.

Does the job — better than plastic anchors
As a handyman I use many of these; buying in bulk is convenient. A couple were duds, but most perform reliably. I'll stock up again.
