Stainless Steel Round Paneer/Tofu/Cheese Press Mold — 350ml
Product description
Made entirely from food-grade stainless steel, this round mould is intended for creating paneer, tofu, and other pressed fresh cheeses. The package contains a single paneer maker, composed of three separable parts: the outer container, a removable base, and a pressable lid. The unit has a 350ml capacity, suitable for small home batches.
To use, line the interior with a cheesecloth or cotton muslin, pour in the curdled milk or tofu mix, then place the lid and apply downward pressure to force out whey. The base can be slid out or removed to speed drainage, and the design permits placing weights on top for firmer pressing. After pressing, the formed cheese releases from the mould and can be trimmed or cut into portions.
The stainless finish resists staining and is simple to rinse or wash; it’s also dishwasher-friendly for quick sanitation. Built to be durable and hygienic, the mould is pitched at home cooks who want consistent, clean results without complicated equipment. Its straightforward construction makes it useful for paneer, tofu, and even sprout pressing tasks.
Pros
- Food-grade stainless steel construction
- Three-piece design for easy draining and pressing
- Dishwasher-safe and simple to clean
Cons
- Small 350ml capacity limits batch size
- Some units may have fit or finish imperfections
- Thin metal can feel less rigid under heavy force
VerdictA practical, stainless steel press designed for home production of paneer, tofu and fresh cheeses. The three-piece unit (body, removable base, and top press) simplifies draining and compacting curds, and the metal construction makes it easy to sanitize. Most users report reliable, professional-looking results for small batches, although a few mention fit and durability issues on some pieces. Overa

Too small and arrived damaged
The item I received seemed to be the wrong size — much smaller than expected. It also showed signs of prior use: dents and a rough, sharp edge.

Handy for homemade cheeses
Great little tool for anyone who enjoys making cheese at home. Very easy to operate and a breeze to wash afterward.

Round shape seals better
I prefer the round mould over the square version because it fits together more snugly. Note that pressing too firmly can push curds out around the edges.

Meets my needs
Looks solid and well made. I’m eager to start using it — the capacity is just right for making sandwich-sized cheese portions.

Sturdy press gives consistent results
This stainless steel square-shaped press is strong and makes evenly pressed paneer and tofu. Line it with muslin, pour in your curds, and press — it yields firm, uniform blocks. The smooth metal wipes clean easily and produces reliable, professional-looking pieces for regular home use.

Did exactly what I needed
This compact press removed excess moisture from my mozzarella quickly and easily. I would recommend it to others.

Appears flimsy under pressure
Although it’s stainless steel, the metal feels quite thin. I worry it might bend if subjected to strong pressure while pressing.

Paneer-making became effortless
I purchased the 350ml press and it arrived quickly. The build feels solid and it’s straightforward to use. I curdled six cups of milk and used vinegar, poured the curds into the lined mould set inside a flat colander, and the whey drained fast. After rinsing the curds with cold water I applied the top and squeezed out excess liquid with my hands before adding heavy cans as weight for about an hour. The paneer released cleanly, held its shape and cut into neat squares. There’s room for roughly an extra half recipe in this size. I’d buy it again and recommend it to fellow home cooks.
