Cookware
Speckled Black Round Covered Roaster — 3 lb Capacity
Product description
This product ships as a two-piece set: a round roaster and a fitted lid. The pan is designed to hold up to a 3 lb poultry roast with the lid in place, making it ideal for small birds and modest roasts.
Construction is porcelain enamel fused to steel. The enamel layer is inert and non-porous, producing a naturally non-stick finish that resists food adhesion and stands up to routine use. The dark speckled enamel absorbs oven energy efficiently, encouraging quicker, more even browning compared with shiny cookware. The enamel formulation contains no PFOA or PTFE.
The roaster is dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup. The lid fits securely and can be flipped and used as a shallow pan on its own, adding flexibility for multitasking in the kitchen. Use it in conventional ovens or on grills as needed. The speckled finish is intended to resist chipping, and the overall design emphasizes lightweight durability. This roaster is manufactured in Mexico.

Works well for sourdough
Bought it for baking sourdough and I’m glad I did. It’s light, the ideal size for my loaves, and cools down quickly so I can store bread sooner.

Repeated arrivals with chips — QC problem
Received multiple units with enamel chipped away, exposing metal. The lid and pot were taped heavily and that tape seemed to pull off enamel. I returned three damaged pieces. It’s a useful product when untouched, but quality control needs work.

Good mid-size roaster for pot roast
This one matched the size I wanted — smaller than my full-size chicken pan. At about 14×10 and nearly 4 inches deep, it handled a pot roast well and cleaned up easily.

Ideal dimensions and finish for solar cooking
Fits my sun oven perfectly and the dark enamel soaks up sunlight much better than shiny pans. I find glass warms slower. Enamelware is light, durable and easy to clean — I’ve used this pan nearly two years with no problems.
