Simyke Video Baby Monitor — 2.8" Display with Wi‑Fi Camera
Product description
What’s included: one camera unit and one 2.8-inch IPS parent display, power adapters for both units, and basic mounting hardware for wall or shelf placement. The monitor can pair with up to four cameras so a single display can cover several rooms.
Construction and size: the camera and display housings are molded ABS plastic with compact footprints; the display features a 2.8" IPS panel for live viewing. The system is designed for plug-and-play use indoors, with power supplied by included adapters.
Connectivity and use: the display connects wirelessly to the camera(s) up to an advertised 1200 ft line-of-sight range, and the camera supports 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi for remote app access. Use the parent display at home for direct monitoring, or install the companion app on a smartphone to view the feed when away from the house (note: only 2.4 GHz networks supported).
Features and operation: the camera offers infrared night vision so you can see in darkness without disturbing sleep, a VOX (sound-activated) mode that keeps the screen dormant until sound is detected, and two-way audio for speaking or soothing from another room. A built-in temperature sensor reports nursery conditions. Five preloaded lullabies and adjustable volume let you play calming sounds or white noise, and some app options include timed auto-off for playback to avoid waking a sleeping baby.
Expandability: one display supports up to four cameras, letting you monitor multiple spaces from the same parent unit. Basic setup is intended to be straightforward—plug in the devices, pair the camera and display, and follow the app prompts for remote access.

Remote viewing is convenient
After using this camera for a while, I appreciate that I can check the live feed on my phone when I’m away from home. It’s very convenient and gives extra reassurance.

Good value overall
Quality monitor for the cost. Picture is clear, night vision is effective and the app generally performs well. It accomplishes everything we needed.

Very practical
I bought it to monitor my sleeping baby and I’m quite happy. The separate screen is handy to carry around while doing chores without staring at my phone. The image quality is good and night vision exceeded expectations. The two-way audio is useful and VOX reacts to sound so the display wakes when needed. Initial setup was not complicated and the temperature sensor is a useful extra.

Simple and reassuring
Setup was quick and using the monitor is straightforward. Being able to glance at the display instead of walking into the nursery eases a lot of late-night worry. Overall this monitor gives peace of mind and makes caring for a newborn easier.

Lifesaver for busy parents
Very pleased with this Simyke unit. I can watch the baby on the compact 2.8" display or open the mobile app when I’m out — the advertised 1200 ft range gives good coverage across floors. Infrared night vision produces sharp, usable images in a dark room without any light disturbance. Two-way talk lets me soothe the baby remotely and VOX conserves battery by waking the screen only when sound is detected. The temperature readout is handy for nursery checks, and the selectable lullabies are comforting. Setup was straightforward and the connection has been stable most of the time.

Unreliable connections
I had frequent problems with connectivity to the phone app. The camera would intermittently drop the link and the monitor screen sometimes shows a white or blank display. After resets and moving the unit around, the issues persisted, so I couldn’t recommend this unit based on my experience.

Dependable for everyday use
We recently started using this monitor and it fits our routine well. The screen image remains clear overnight, and the phone app is useful when I’m in the yard or kitchen. Battery life is decent for naps and the two-way audio responds without lag. It’s a reliable device that helps us feel secure.

Monitor fine, app problematic
The local monitor view is good and reliable, but I could not get the mobile app to display the feed for remote viewing.

Solid hardware, frustrating app
The camera and parent monitor themselves work well: good night vision, VOX sleep mode, and a portable display. But the smartphone application struggles to keep a steady connection. If you don’t need remote viewing, the standalone monitor is fine, but the app experience left me disappointed.

Easy to use after quick troubleshooting
The unit is simple to operate. We hit a minor setup snag at first but found helpful video guidance online and resolved it quickly. Once set up it worked smoothly.

Weak signal and refund issues
Signal performance was poor in my home even within a short distance, and the app failed to deliver video or audio reliably. I returned the system but only received a partial refund, which was frustrating.
