REVIX Wearable Microwave Heat Wrap for Lower Back (Gray)
Product description
Hands-free heating built for movement: This wearable microwave wrap fastens around the waist with a strong hook-and-loop closure and includes an extra-long extension strap so it conforms to the lower back and stays put while you walk, drive, or work at a desk.
Natural, weighted filling for moist heat: The pad is packed with a blend of flaxseed, millet and small clay beads. The unscented fill soaks up microwave heat and releases gentle, penetrating moist warmth. V-shaped, channeled stitching prevents the contents from shifting, creating an even heat zone across the 5 by 16 inch heating surface.
Dual hot-and-cold use: Heat in the microwave for roughly 90–120 seconds for muscle relaxation, better circulation, and relief from spasms and stiffness. For cold therapy, place the wrap in the freezer for about four hours and use it to reduce swelling or calm acute inflammation after activity.
Soft, durable exterior: The cover is made from ultra-soft Minky fabric that is gentle on skin. Seams are double-stitched to resist bead leakage and extend the life of the wrap with regular use.
Reusable and versatile: Designed for daily therapy, the weighted construction allows the wrap to drape over shoulders, hips, knees or the neck as well as the lower back. It accommodates waists up to about 64 inches with the included extension strap.
Care and safety notes: Follow microwave time recommendations and test temperature before applying to skin. Inspect seams and filling regularly and reheat in short intervals to avoid overheating.
Pros
- Hands-free, secure fit with long Velcro strap
- Moist, penetrating heat from natural seed and bead blend
- Versatile — can be used hot or cold on multiple body areas
Cons
- Some units have reported uneven fill or seam failures
- Warmth typically lasts around 20–30 minutes
- Occasional mild natural scent from the organic filling
VerdictA flexible, cordless hot-and-cold wrap that lets you move while treating lower back pain. The soft Minky cover and channeled natural filling deliver moist heat for about 20–30 minutes, and the long Velcro fastening keeps it in place during daily tasks. Some users report uneven filling or seam issues over long-term use, so inspect before each cycle. Overall a convenient, multi-site therapy option f

Perfect for pregnancy back pain
I’m eight months pregnant and strap this on for instant relief—very useful and will be handy in labor too. I also own the neck-and-shoulder version and it’s lasted well.

Not as well made as my old one
A replacement arrived thinner and less substantial than my earlier unit. One seam split and contents spilled after a short microwave cycle. Quality seems declined; I won’t reorder from this batch.

Moist heat gives better relief
I have ongoing back issues and this wrap covers my whole back—much bigger than smaller pads. The moist warmth is more effective for me than dry heat. The extension strap is helpful for larger waists. I alternate heat and ice and have found it good quality and more helpful than previous products.

Adaptable design for many areas
Very versatile. The shape and long Velcro straps let me use it on my back, hip, neck or shoulder. Heats fast and retains warmth well — the extension strap is a useful extra.

Stays put and simple to use
Just arrived and already in use. Heats quickly in the microwave, the Velcro keeps it securely in place and it covers a wide area on my lower back without feeling bulky. The fabric is very soft and the color is a nice violet. Feels safe to wear while relaxing or dozing off.

Comfortable but developed a small hole
Very comfortable and helped with acute back pain, but it developed a burn hole after the second day despite short microwave use. I patched it temporarily and it still functions, though the flaw was disappointing.

Didn’t like it
Heat didn’t last long. I’ve used others that performed better.

Instant relief for a thrown-out back
When my partner threw her back out, this was the first thing to bring relief. It’s cordless, easy to reheat, soft and stays in place even with an extension strap. We use it on backs, knees and necks — I now keep extras for care packages and home use.

Real relief for a troublesome disc
I have an L5 prolapse and arthritis; I use heat during the day and when going out. This wrap has weight and stays on securely. While magnet-style packs I used before lasted longer, this one works very well for daily relief.

Large, powerful moist-heat wrap
This surpasses other wraps I’ve tried. It’s roomy, the Velcro is long and secure (an extension is included), and it heats quickly. The moist warmth penetrates deeply and helps my chronic thoracic and lumbar pain. I bought another for my husband.

Covers more than a standard pad
I bought two initially and this one alone handled all my needs. Its weight and shape let it sink into sore spots better than flat electric pads, and body heat helps it stay effective. I now recommend it to friends.

Does the job as described
Wide straps hold it on my lower back comfortably and the cover is soft. I found a slightly shorter heat time works for me. The organic filling has a faint natural smell but it provides moist heat and about 20 minutes of relief.

Comfortable and holds heat
Happy with my purchase: very comfortable, large and warm. The Velcro is good quality and it stays in place. Can be heated for around two minutes or chilled in the freezer as needed.
