Generous coverage: This electric heating pad measures 24 inches by 33 inches, giving about 10–20% more surface area than smaller models to heat the upper and mid back, neck and shoulders. The size also allows placement for targeted warmth on the waist, arms and legs when needed.
What’s in the box: The set includes the oversized heating pad with an integrated soft flannel exterior and the detachable LED controller. The controller displays the temperature and allows selection of both heat intensity and auto-off timer.
Materials and construction: The outer layer is a plush, super-soft flannel designed to be comfortable against the skin while providing insulating warmth. Internal heating elements are engineered to deliver even heat distribution across the pad.
Temperature and timing: The controller provides six heat settings spanning approximately 100°F to 150°F so you can start low and increase to your preferred warmth. There are three automatic shutoff choices—30, 60 or 90 minutes—to limit run time and conserve energy.
Safety features: This model carries ETL certification and includes combined NTC and PTC overheat protection for safe operation. The controller is removable for laundering to prevent damage during machine washing.
Care and usage tips: The pad is machine-washable if the controller is removed beforehand; spot cleaning is possible for quick refreshes. For safe use, operate over clothing, avoid sleeping with it turned on, and do not fold tightly, bunch up or sit on the unit. It's designed for standard 120V/135W outlets.

Exactly what I needed for shoulders and back
Large coverage for my shoulders and most of my back. The weighting keeps it in place without feeling heavy and the fabric doesn’t irritate skin. Controls show actual temperatures and heat up quickly. Long cord is handy. Considering buying extras for gifts.

Worked for two years then developed error codes
I enjoyed this pad for years, but on the two-year mark it began showing error codes. I’ve tried unplugging and restarting but it keeps failing. It heated well up to 150°F and was helpful during many hospital stays.

Buy it even if you don’t have severe pain
This large pad covers everything so you don’t have to keep shifting it. It sped up relief for my chronic back issues—what used to take hours now works in 15 minutes. Heating not only eases pain but helps relax muscles and reduce built-up stiffness over time.

Plush fabric and even warmth, but timer limits
The pad is thick and soft with consistent, even heating. Cord length is generous. I wish the timer went to 120 minutes and that the weighted edge didn’t create a raised seam that’s uncomfortable to lie on. Good for office use; I’ll seek another for home.

Stopped working after a couple months — customer service helped
Worked great at first but failed after just over two months. For the cost I expected longer life. After I posted a complaint the company contacted me, requested a video, and replaced the pad once they reviewed the issue. I appreciate their follow-up and adjusted my rating accordingly.

Comfortable with adjustable heat
Very comfortable and easy to control. I start on the lowest setting and gradually increase. The soft material and weighted shoulder sections feel supportive. The length is a bit short for my lower back when seated, but adjusting posture helps.

Arrived sealed in a waterproof pouch and boxed. Controls are easy: three timers (30/60/90) and heat from about 100 to 150°F. The display briefly shows room temperature as it ramps up from the starting point, then climbs to the selected target. Heats gently and reaches the set temperature reliably.
