Dupray Neat Plus Steam Cleaner — Essential Accessory Pack
Product description
Included accessories: The Neat Plus arrives with a 17-piece accessory bundle designed to address floors, tile and grout, bathroom fixtures, kitchen surfaces, car interiors, upholstery, pet areas and small household items. The kit includes a mop head with washable bonnet, multiple brushes (including metal and nylon options), extension wands, narrow nozzles and small detail tools so you can tackle crevices, grout lines and upholstery seams using only water.
Heating and steam performance: The unit employs rapid heat-up technology, ready to produce steam in roughly 90 seconds. It generates superheated steam to roughly 275°F (135°C), which helps lift grease and soils and provides sanitizing performance without chemical cleaners. The system supports continuous use — you can safely refill the water tank while the unit remains hot so long cleaning sessions aren’t interrupted.
Design and materials: The cleaner is built to be lightweight and easy to maneuver for use in tight spaces, on stairs and around furniture. The body is compact and features user-friendly connections for the hose and accessories. Some parts are molded plastic while working components such as extension wands and certain brushes use metal or heat-resistant materials appropriate for steam use. A small integrated funnel is included for easier refilling.
How to use: Fill the tank with distilled water, allow the unit to reach operating temperature, then select the appropriate attachment for the task — mop bonnet for finished floors, a nylon or metal brush for grout, narrow nozzle for seams and crevices, or the upholstery tool for fabrics. Move the applicator across the surface, then follow with a dry cloth or mop pad as needed to remove loosened dirt. For stubborn spots, repeat passes are helpful until the area is cleaned.
Warranty and testing: The Neat Plus comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Independent laboratory testing under controlled conditions supports sanitizing claims; results may vary in real-world use depending on soil, surface and technique.

The unit I kept returning to
After trying several models this delivered the performance I wanted. It has minor flaws — no water-level window and a non-detachable hose — but those are easy to overlook once you use it and see how well it cleans for a noncommercial machine.

Makes cleaning enjoyable
This steamer actually motivates me to find things to clean. It tackled my kitchen grout impressively, all while standing up, and made the whole project easier. Excellent value for the results.

A must-have for move-in/move-out cleaning
Worked wonders on grout, greasy stoves, moldy shower spots and toilet deep cleans. I even gifted it to my parents. The window attachment wasn’t great, but for grout and stubborn grime it’s outstanding. Very easy to use and maintain.

Modern, quicker alternative to older steamers
Replacing an older, bulkier model, the Neat Plus is smaller, lighter and reaches temperature much faster. It uses similar distilled water amounts but allows on-the-fly refilling. I miss a dedicated nozzle holder and easier cord management, and the smooth handle could use more grip, but overall it’s a solid, faster option.

Transforms cleaning routines
This unit changed how I clean. Steam is strong and steady, making grease and grime come off without chemicals. The 17-piece set covers nearly every surface — floors, grout, fixtures and upholstery — and it heats quickly while holding enough water for extended sessions. Feels well-made and reliable in everyday use.

Cleans everywhere — excellent support
I use it on bathrooms, floors, cars, curtains and more — it handles a huge range of jobs. Customer service has been responsive and the no-wait refill is a real convenience. It’s large with many attachments, so a storage bag is a useful add-on.

Almost flawless with small caveats
Mostly true to the claims; a few small issues are manageable. Sometimes it sprays water if you start too soon — waiting an extra minute cures that. Heavily soiled areas may require multiple passes. Minor inconveniences but overall very effective.

Great indoors, one tactile misstep
After several projects it heats fast and the tools function well. My main gripe is the lightweight plastic steam cap — it feels cheap compared with a heavier boiler cap and detracts from the tactile experience. Otherwise it performs admirably; I might replace the cap for a sturdier feel.

Powerful deep cleaner, but plan a steamer day
Cleans an astonishing range of items — stove, sinks, screens, shoes, car mats and more — and really shines on window screens and white shoe soles. It’s not something I grab for quick touch-ups; I dedicate a cleaning day and go room to room. You’ll be wiping a lot between steam passes. I like the refill while hot, the built-in funnel and the mop bonnet; I wish there were more bonnets available.

Good performance, some wear on metal brushes
The mop and metal-bristle tools cleaned grout well, but the metal brushes showed wear after a kitchen floor job. I’d like a storage bag for accessories. It’s pricey but the continuous refilling and cleaning power made it worth it for me.
