Comfortable loveseat with strong build and good follow-up

We love our two-seat unit. The leather is soft, the recline is smooth, and lumbar support is very good. Installation was simple and delivery was prompt. The manufacturer called to confirm shipment and later checked in to ensure satisfaction. Compared to other options we reviewed, this felt more upscale and better made.

Absolutely fantastic comfort for long movie nights

These chairs transform our media room into a true screening spot. The leather is upscale, construction is solid, and the comfort is outstanding — comfortable for short shows or long films. They look even better in person, and every guest comments on how good they feel. Highly recommended for anyone outfitting a home theater.

Solid construction but had an electronic hiccup

Good-quality chair with a firm seat profile. Unfortunately the memory preset button failed, so we arranged a return—always a hassle but the chair itself felt well built aside from that control issue.

   Well-made, nicely protected in transit

Very pleased with the theater seats. Packaging had extra padding and they arrived intact. They are heavy once unpacked, which makes them feel solid. The leather and extras like swing-out trays, lights and adjustable headrests are excellent additions. The delivery driver left the boxes at the garage without knocking, so moving them inside required extra help.

Great product and responsive support when a part failed

My fifth chair from this maker, but this one had a backrest issue after a few uses. I hesitated to box it up for return because the cartons are large and heavy, so I contacted support. After exchanging messages and sending a short video, they quickly arranged a replacement and guided troubleshooting steps. Support was courteous and proactive.

Sturdy, comfortable, and easy to assemble

Ordered near a holiday and it arrived quickly, well-packed and delivered to the door. It’s heavy, so plan for help when positioning. Setup was simple: attach the back, plug in the power and headrest cable. The leather is soft and the chair is very comfortable. The maker reached out afterward to verify everything was working. Use the QR code in the docs to extend the warranty beyond the initial period.

High-quality leather seating with excellent support and helpful team

These chairs feel premium — thick, supple leather and firm cushioning that keeps shape after breaking in. The matte black finish reduces glare in my theater. I ordered seats with arm dividers, cup holders, power controls and arm storage, which suits my viewing setup. The modules arrived one seat per box and were well packed. The slightly narrower seats fit my room width perfectly.

Fantastic double recliner — comfortable and feature-rich

These double recliners are great — love the black leather and adjustable headrests. Cup holders and under-arm storage are very convenient, and the flip-up tray is perfect for devices or snacks. Assembly took just a few minutes and customer support rep Jordan was professional and helpful. A friend tried them and is ordering a set as well.
