I’m 6'2" and found it soft but comfortable. I unpacked promptly and saw it reach full thickness quickly. There was a mild paint-like smell that faded in a few days. Expansion speed varied with room temperature.

Mold, sagging, and poor support experience
After repeated purchases, several developed caving and mold. Customer service was unhelpful, and the deterioration made the mattress unsafe to use. I can’t recommend it based on these failures.
