- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 2 cups Baby bella mushrooms, sliced (aka cremini)
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 28 ounces Crushed tomatoes
- 14.5 ounces Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Chicken stock
